Job Duties
- Design a 3D-models, developing schematics, and a full set of design documentation for electrical equipment and wire harnesses of self-driving cars and delivery robots.
- Protecting electronic components and ensuring electromagnetic compatibility.
- Calculation of power balance and selection standards for new electronic components.
- Component selection, analysis, schematic capture, prototyping, hardware bring-up, debugging, documentation, manufacturing, and test of complex electrical designs.
- Ensurement manufacturability of the final product assembly.
- Preparing and providing complete production documentation for third-party production facilities.
- Coordination of technological documentation with contractors for production.
- Preparations of assembly instructions and instructions for service campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar engineering degree; foreign equivalent is accepted.
- At least 5 years of professional experience rapidly designing and delivering highly reliable products.
- At least 5 years of electronic product experience designing hardware from concept through production; strong emphasis on full life cycle development of new hardware products and not small incremental updates to legacy hardware.
- At least 5 years of professional experience testing, troubleshooting, and debugging electronics.
- Excellent understanding of electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of the physical layer of data transmission for various industrial interfaces.
- Familiarity with modern element base for electrical equipment construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical 3D & 2D, Creo (Parametric and Schematic), CATIA 3DExperience.
