Our team is responsible for building and optimizing Data Labeling processes for autonomous navigation. We design, develop, and support data labeling processes that enhance the accuracy and reliability of mapping data used in self-driving technology. Our work involves close collaboration with data producers and consumers to ensure efficient labeling workflows, infrastructure reliability, and continuous process improvements. By leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and cloud technologies, we create scalable solutions that power high-precision mapping for autonomous vehicles.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Analyst to drive the development and optimization of data labeling processes within our platform. In this role, you will design workflows that balance efficiency, cost, and quality while ensuring seamless integration with our infrastructure. You will work with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS to support data labeling services, develop dashboards for monitoring key metrics, and enhance process automation. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy of perception for self-driving cars and robots, making it a critical part of our autonomous driving ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop and support data labeling processes within the company, including:
- Collecting requirements from data producers and data consumers;
- Designing processes for data to be labeled with optimal money/time/quality ratios;
- Optimizing process using feedback from colleagues and new knowledge;
- Support and modify processes to mitigate new conditions, goals and requirements;
- Design, develop and support data labeling services within the company;
- Design, develop and support dashboards, monitoring and analytics for data labeling processes;
- Set up, configure and administer data labeling services in our infrastructure, monitor their availability and health.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree in Computer Science.
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience in Software development/engineering or equivalent, 5+ years experience configuring and using PostgreSQL, Kafka, and 5+ years experience with Linux, Docker, Argo Kubernetes, Terraform, Terragrunt.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in analytics and at least 2 years of experience with AWS and administering services' infrastructure in it.
- Familiarity in using SQL, C++, JavaScript, and TypeScript languages.
- Knowledge and experience with optimization (by time, memory) code, SQL queries and services.
- Familiarity with well-known algorithms, proficiency with writing complex algorithmic logic.
- Familiarity with self-driving projects' architecture and principles: knowing principles of their work, deployment, data delivery, analytics processes; expertise in servicing and working with self-driving cars and robots.
- Ability to participate in project management activities, set goals and deadlines, collaborate with other teams.
- Knowledge and experience with collecting requirements and designing workflows/services from scratch.
